Job Summary

We are actively seeking outgoing, trend-savvy, and fast-moving individuals to join our store team. As a Retail Associate, you will navigate the entire store, organizing trendy merchandise, engaging with guests, and managing the checkout zone. You will serve as the engine of our "Wow" factor, delivering the signature fun and speed that sets Five Below apart in the specialty value retail industry. This is an incredibly physical, high-energy role where you will be on the move constantly.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• High-Energy Service: Greet every customer loudly and proudly, assisting them in finding the latest viral trends, tech gadgets, and candy.
• Merchandising Magic: Rapidly unbox new freight, build colorful endcap displays, and ensure tables in the "Style" and "Room" sections are perfectly organized.
• Fast Checkout: Operate the cash register with speed and accuracy, bagging items efficiently and thanking guests for stopping by.
• Store Recovery: Constantly walk the floor to pick up stray items, straighten merchandise, and keep the store looking brand new.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (with valid work permit) or 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior retail or merchandising experience required—we will teach you the "Five Below Way."
• Must possess an incredibly outgoing personality, high energy levels, and a love for current pop culture trends.
• Extreme physical stamina with the ability to walk continuously, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds.
