Job Summary

We are actively seeking communicative, goal-oriented, and highly adaptable individuals to join our sales floor. As a Sales Representative, you will be trained to understand various building materials, tools, and home improvement processes. You will serve as a project solutions expert, delivering the signature reliability that sets us apart in the home improvement industry. This is an engaging, consultative role perfect for those who want to develop strong sales skills and learn about construction.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Project Consultations: Ask discovery questions to understand customer project needs, recommending the perfect combination of lumber, hardware, and finishing materials.
• Estimate & Design: Assist guests with using store design software to map out kitchens, decks, and garages, printing out accurate material estimates.
• Aisle Merchandising: Execute continuous floor recovery, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, hardware bins are organized, and pricing labels are accurate.
• Load-Out Support: Assist guests in safely moving heavy building materials from the aisles to the checkout and out to their vehicles in the yard.
