Job Summary
We are actively seeking highly athletic, fast-moving, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Guest Services and Fulfillment support team. As a Customer Service Associate, your primary focus will be delivering digital orders seamlessly to guests. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Drive Up Delivery: Monitor the digital dashboard for arriving guests, rapidly retrieving their bagged orders from the hold space and delivering them safely to vehicles in the parking lot.
- Order Pickup (OPU): Manage the in-store pickup counter, verifying guest identification and handing off orders with a friendly, efficient demeanor.
- Return Processing: Assist the main service desk with processing digital and in-store returns during peak traffic periods, ensuring inventory is sorted correctly.
- Hold Space Organization: Keep the coolers, freezers, and dry-hold shelving meticulously organized so every order can be found in seconds.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
